Evluma is excited to announce the addition of a new team member. Chris Lubeck brings over 25 years of sales leadership experience in the lighting industry. His experience spans a broad range of products across both the utility and commercial-industrial market, and he has a proven track record for building and growing high-performance sales teams.

“The depth and breadth of Chris’s experience will be a real asset to Evluma,” noted CEO Don Vendetti. “He understands the benefits and challenges of the LED transition, the nuances of different markets, and the needs of the many different stakeholders we serve.”

Prior to joining Evluma, Lubeck spent over 20 years with OSRAM SYLVANIA, and led North American Utility Sales for its spinoff LED brand, LEDVANCE. More recently, he ran his own consulting firm, where he worked with a full spectrum of utility companies, electrical contractors, manufacturers, electrical distributors, and the specification community to create and sell future-proof energy solutions that deliver maximum value to customers.

“Chris has a great resume, but we’re also excited about the cultural fit,” stated VP of Sales and Marketing, David Tanonis. “He’s passionate about lighting, and he’s focused on relationships. He’s an Evluma kind of person, and I know our customers and team will appreciate the perspective and experience he brings.”Lubeck joins the Evluma team at an exciting inflection point, as the company continues to launch new products, including RoadMax, a new line of roadway luminaires and enter new markets. His priorities will be to strengthen Evluma’s core business in the Utility and Rural Electric Coop market, while continuing to grow the C&I business.
